After a decade leading global brand strategy— most recently at Hello Sunshine and Walmart— I left to build something truer to who I am. I’m also a trained yoga and meditation teacher, an actor, and a host in ongoing conversations with writers, thinkers, and practitioners shaping how we live. That decision, and everything it required of me, is now what I bring into my work.
Today, my work lives under The Truth Is — a podcast and growing body of work dedicated to closing the gap between who we think we need to be and who we truly are.
